Maybank2u.com.sg is a new electronic service provided by Maybank to empower you to do banking anytime, anywhere on the Internet. It is a whole new banking experience where you do not need to wait in long queues or be restricted by normal banking hours.
 
2. Why should I apply for Maybank2u.com.sg?
  Maybank2u.com.sg gives you the convenience of banking anytime anywhere as long as you have access to a PC with Internet access.

4. Do I need to have my own PC to use Maybank2u.com.sg?
  Maybank2u.com.sg can be accessed from any PC (with Internet access and the correct browser software) such as your office, another person's PC or even in a cybercafe. You do not need to use Maybank2u.com.sg from a specific PC. However, we would like to advise you to take the necessary security precautions when using other PCs. Please refer to the section on Privacy and Security Information.
 
5. Are there any charges for using Maybank2u.com.sg?
  No, you do not need to pay any charges for using Maybank2u.com.sg. This is our way of encouraging more customers to enjoy and experience the convenience of Internet Banking.
 
6. Who can use Maybank2u.com.sg?
  Everyone who has an individual or joint (with ‘Either’ mandate*) account** with Maybank can apply for Maybank2u.com.sg. To know more about opening an account with Maybank, please call 1800-MAYBANK (1800-629-2265).

* Joint account with ‘Both’ or ‘All’ operating condition is not eligible for Maybank2u.com.sg.
** Account refers to SGD Current and Savings Account, Share Financing Account, SGD Housing Loan, SGD Term Loan, SGD and Foreign Currency Time Deposit, Maybank Credit Card.
 
7. Can companies use Maybank2u.com.sg?
  At the moment Maybank2u.com.sg is only offered to individuals but we are enhancing it for other customers.
 
8. How do I apply for Maybank2u.com.sg?
 

You can apply for Maybank2u.com.sg through mail or ATM.

  • Through Mail
    Simply click on Application Forms. Select Application for Maybank2u.com.sg. Complete the form and mail it to us at:

  • Through ATM
    If you have an ATM card, you can also apply for Maybank2u.com.sg through any of our ATMs. At the main ATM menu, select E-Access ID Application. You will be prompted to select and confirm your 6-digit PIN. Upon successful application, collect and check your ATM receipt for your E-Access ID.

    You can now access Maybank2u.com.sg with your E-Access ID printed on your ATM receipt and the PIN you selected.
9. Can I access Maybank2u.com.sg from overseas?
  Yes. You can access Maybank2u.com.sg anywhere in the world, from any computer that has Internet connectivity and compatible browser.
   
10. Is Maybank2u.com.sg available 24 hours?
  Yes. Maybank2u.com.sg is a 24-Hour service, available to you anytime, anywhere.
