Customer Service
Report Loss of ATM Card
1. Select Customer Service and click on Report Loss of ATM Card
2. Select the ATM Card you wish to cancel, and click on Next
3. The next screen will list out the details of the ATM card you wish to cancel. Click Confirm to submit your request.
4. The status of your request will be displayed in the final acknowledgement screen
5. To print the acknowledgement of your request, click Print
   
Change Password
1. Select Customer Service and click on Change Password
2. Key in your Existing Password, and select a New Password
3. Click on Submit to confirm the transaction
4. You will see a confirmation screen upon successful password change
5. Please note that your password should be between 8 to 12 characters, comprising either alphabets or numbers, or a combination of both. It is uppercase and lowercase sensitive. Special characters or spaces are not allowed except underscore
   
Update of Customer Particulars
1. Select Customer Service
2. Click on Update of Customer Particulars to update your mailing address, contact details or both with the Bank:
a. To update your mailing address, key in your New Mailing Address and select the accounts you wish to apply the new address
b. To update your contact details, key in your New Contact Details, and click on Next
3. Click Confirm to update changes
4. You will see the updated particulars in the final acknowledgement screen
5. To print for your own records, just click Print
6. Please allow 2 working days for your records to be updated
