Point the mouse at Online
Banking and select Cheque Services |

Under Cheque Services,
you can perform cheque Enquiry or stop payment of cheque

Cheque Status Enquiry

Select Status
Enquiry |
2. |
Select your
Current Account |
3. |
For single cheque status
Enquiry, key in the cheque number, then click on Next |
4. |
The cheque status will be
displayed on the screen |
5. |
For multiple cheque status
Enquiry, key in the starting cheque number and the number
of leaves, then click on Next |
6. |
The cheques status will
be displayed on the screen |

Stop Cheque |
1. |
Select Stop Cheque |
2. |
Select your Current Account |
3. |
For stop payment on single
cheque, key in the cheque number, then click on Next |
4. |
For stop payment on multiple
cheques, key in the starting cheque number and the number
of leaves, then click on Next |

The next screen will list
out the details of the stop payment of cheque(s) you wish
to cancel. Click Confirm to submit the transaction |
6. |
The status of your stop
payment transaction will be displayed in the final acknowledgement
screen. If the stop payment has been processed successfully,
the status will be Successful and a reference number
will be provided. Any status other than Successful
means that the transaction was rejected |
