Debit Card Application Form

Thank you for selecting Maybank Debit Card.

Application criteria:

  • Age 16 and above,
  • Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, Foreigners with valid employment pass or work permit.
  • Place an initial deposit of:
    S$50: For those below 21 years old
    S$250: For those aged 21 years & above
Please note that the card will only be issued after the minimum initial deposit has been made.
  • A holding amount of S$10 will not be available for withdrawal and spending. It will be refunded upon closure of the account.
  • You must have a valid e-mail address to receive your statements and important updates from Maybank
* Card service fee of S$2 will be waived with at least 2 transactions every month. Monthly account service fee of S$2 will be waived with a minimum monthly account balance of S$200.

Note:
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors placed with the Bank are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor as prescribed in the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners' Protection Schemes Act ("Act"). Singapore dollar deposits under the CPF Investment Scheme are separately insured up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor as prescribed in the Act. Structured deposits and other investment products are not insured under the scheme.
