C. Interest Crediting Account

The Upfront Interest will be credited into your Maybank Savings or Current Account on the business day following the successful placement of the Time Deposit or upon clearance of any cheque(s) deposited, whichever is later.

To open an iSAVvy Savings Account and credit the Upfront Interest to my new account.

Declaration / Agreement

By signing the below:

I declare that I am the beneficial owner of the Singapore Dollar Time Deposit ("Time Deposit") account to be opened under this application ("Time Deposit Account"). Where an iSAVvy Savings Account is to be opened under this application, I declare that I am the beneficial owner of this iSAVvy Savings Account.

I confirm that I have read and I agree to be bound by the prevailing Rules and Regulations governing the Time Deposit Account
(Terms and Conditions), Rules and Regulations governing the iSAVvy Savings Account (Terms and Conditions), and Terms and Conditions governing the Singapore Dollar Time Deposit Promotion (Terms and Conditions), as may be amended from time to time.

I request Maybank Singapore Limited (the "Bank") to open the Time Deposit Account and, if applicable, the iSAVvy Savings Account in this application.

Interest payable by the Bank for the tenure of Time Deposit placed shall be paid upfront ("Upfront Interest") and credited into my Maybank Savings or Current Account on the business day following the successful placement of the Time Deposit or upon clearance of the cheque(s) deposited for the Principal in this application, whichever is later.

I acknowledge and agree that no partial withdrawal is allowed for time deposits placed. In the event a partial withdrawal is made by me, the account will be treated as prematurely withdrawn and the following Clause 5(i) and Clause 5(ii) shall apply:

Where a premature withdrawal is made within 3 months of placement of the Time Deposit, all Upfront Interest which has been paid to me will be clawed back by the Bank; or .

ii)

Where a premature withdrawal is made after 3 months from placement date, the interest payable for the number of days that the Time Deposit is placed with the Bank will be deducted from the Upfront Interest paid to me, and the remaining Upfront Interest not so deducted will be clawed back by the Bank. The interest payable for the number of days that the Time Deposit is placed with the Bank will be calculated using the lowest tier of the prevailing savings account interest rate at the time of withdrawal or the interest rate for the tenure of Time Deposit placed, whichever is lower.

I acknowledge that no interest will be payable upon maturity of the aforesaid Time Deposit, since the interest payable for the Time Deposit has already been paid upfront and credited to my Maybank Savings or Current Account upon my placement of Time Deposit.

I authorise the Bank to honour all payment instructions given in this application and I confirm that the signature below shall constitute the official signature of the Time Deposit Account and, where applicable, the iSAVvy Savings Account opened in this application for the Bank's record and verification purpose.

Where I have opted for additional service(s) and/or card(s) in this application, I confirm that I am applying for these additional service(s) and/or card(s) and I agree to link the aforesaid service(s) and/or card(s) to my iSAVvy Savings Account. I further confirm that I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing the respective service(s) and/or card(s) that I have opted for in this application.

I acknowledge that this application is subject to the Bank's approval.

I declare that all the information and documents provided by me in relation to this application are true and accurate.

I confirm that at the time of this application, I am not an undischarged bankrupt and no statutory demand has been served on me nor any legal proceedings commenced against me.

I authorise the Bank to verify the information given herein with any party (including, without limitation, any credit bureau or any other organisation or corporation set up for the purpose of collecting and providing information relating to the credit standing of persons) without reference to me.

13.

I authorise and give my consent to the Bank to disclose or release any information whatsoever relating to me as the Bank shall consider appropriate to:

i)	any credit bureau or any other organisation or corporation set up for the purpose of collecting and/or providing information relating to the credit standing of persons; or
ii)	any other person(s) for the purpose of processing this application(s) and for any matters arising from or in relation to this application(s).

14.

This Declaration / Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and I submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Court.
